Dear purveyors of groceries,
I don’t mean to go all hippie-tree hugger on your here, but I have been wondering if you could do me, my friends and pretty much everyone else a favor?
You see, 1 gallon milk jugs are created in such a way that they have a handy handle made specifically to carry the jug or remove it from the refrigerator. This handle also provides an easy way for the jug to be removed from the trolley and placed into the trunk of a vehicle with ease after the purchase has been made.
We would greatly appreciate it if you could train your employees such that they don’t put the milk in a bag. It’s more difficult to carry (even in a paper bag), wastes more plastic (as if the 1 gallon capacity jug wasn’t enough) and it just gets in the way.
Any help you could provide in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

You used “trolley” and “trunk” in the same sentence. I’m pretty sure you are allowed to use either, but not both. “Trolley” and “boot” or “cart” and “trunk”, but to otherwise mix them goes against the word of God.
But yes, for f’s sake don’t put the milk in a bag. It has an f’ing handle for a reason.

I do try whenever I can. Well, maybe not so much as going green as trying to eliminate waste where ever I can. I guess that’s the same as going green, except I’m not replacing my wardrobe with shirts made of hemp and I will continue to use deodorant.
