Ranch Cabbage Salad
Why am I here?

Here is a very simple recipe that you can use as a salad, burger or sandwich topping. I mentioned it was simple, right? Building on the premise of coleslaw made properly.

What you need

  • 1 head of cabbage, shredded
  • Bottled Ranch dressing, about 3/4 cup

Shred your cabbage. I go as thin as I can, because that’s how I like it. Then toss with your favorite bottled ranch dressing. Finish this by giving it about 20 minutes in the fridge.

The dressing has enough salt to break down the cabbage just enough to make it more like coleslaw, less like super crunchy cabbage. Serve on the side of anything or try it on your favorite burger or sandwich. Good stuff.
