Ok gang, this one is really really simple.
If you are on the phone with a customer, and that customer asks to speak to a supervisor (the reason really doesn’t matter), the WAY wrong answer is no. Even if a supervisor isn’t available or it isn’t possible to have that customer speak to a supervisor. At that point, you need to come up with something way better.
I was on a houseboat. Sitting in the crystal waters of Lake Mohave sipping Pacificos and getting tanned.
But now I’m back.
Don’t worry, real post coming up, but for now, you can go over and watch one of the funniest commercials ever!. Ok, it’s not as funny as the hippy blasting robot, but very very close.
Oh yea, one more thing. This is how you blog about earthquakes…you know, in case you were wondering
As it turns out I’ve been doing this everyweek anyway, might as well try to make it a regular feature.
Anyway….today will be a marinade that you can use for chicken, shrimp, beef, pork, shark or whatever meat you have laying around. It also works great to cook with.
Here is what you are going to need:
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 3 lemons
- 1tsp. onion powder
- 1 tsp. ground oregano
- a few grinds from the pepper mill
put everything except for the lemons into a bowl and mix well. Cut the lemons in half, juice them into the mix. Add the spent lemons into the marinade as well and mix again. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best) and remove the lemons.
Before use, mix in the blender for about 30 seconds.
Use on chicken or shrimp (1 hour) or beef and pork (2 hours) or shark (1 hour).
